In five years?
This is the question in 2peas today....
I think about this often, well not exactly in 5 years but in a few years, cause I´ve been scrapbooking for almost 4 years and the style, products, tools and resources have changed so much since then. I remember when I started I needed, craved and wanted eyelets, eyelet setters, brads, shapped eyelets and fibers, I still have fibers enought to knitt me a pretty collage afgan of leftover fibers.
Now is grungeboard, acrylic, shabby, artsy, I honestly can´t wait what in 5 years will be there for us, maybe some magical paper that you can use and reuse again just switching embellishments, or some tool that wil allow us to make amazing ovals, and other shapes just with the touch of a button.
Or maybe we´ll be using new materials in our layouts, like wood and glass or who knows...but I´m sure is going to be an exciting time for scrapbooking just as it is like now, we make memories everyday and in 5 years I´ll still be preserving mine.
